As a member of the Consulting organization, you are responsible for ensuring that a quality, integrated software solution is delivered in a timely manner, at budget, and to our client's satisfaction. The role of the Consulting Engagement & Experience Director is to work closely with the client to understand and manage their expectations, as well as working closely with Oracle team members to ensure delivery. **Responsibilities** **Focusing on delivery & execution of world-client client experiences, you will:** + Provide engagement delivery services both as an individual and as a team member + Contribute to project teams and team culture, demonstrating your leadership by providing guidance and coaching, ability to pivot and use your negotiation skills to drive success + Foster an environment of collaboration, community and trust that encourages and engages the team + Identify needs, develop, influence and implement proposals for improvement and innovation opportunities + Drive strategic messaging across the Consulting organization to reinforce quality delivery **To be successful in this role, you:** + Have a track record of creating high-impact, unforgettable experiences through masterful facilitation, application of design thinking concepts and attention to detail + Lead, build trust and influence at all levels of a large, complex organization + Build relationships and communicate effectively with clients and team members at all levels of an organization + Have experience contributing to continuous innovation and creating high performing teams + Make a meaningful impact across multiple concurrent projects + Motivate others to work differently and think about work differently + Have experience fostering others' learning opportunities to develop future leaders + Are confident in collaborating within and navigating a highly matrixed environment + Have a BS or BA in related fields + Possess 10-12 years overall experience applicable role, with three years' experience in multi-dimensional problem solving/issue resolution + Have project management experience including operational planning + Are able to travel to customer sites, minimum 20% \#LI-SP1 NAAC Disclaimer: **Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.** **Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only** US: Hiring Range in USD from: $120,100 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. Oracle US offers a comprehensive benefits package which includes the following: 1. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation. 9. 11 paid holidays 10.
