Job Description

**We're excited to announce an opportunity to join our dynamic healthcare team at our state-of-the-art facility in San Francisco. We're looking for a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant with experience in blood draws and a passion for delivering outstanding patient care.** In this full-time role, you'll work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to support daily clinical operations. Responsibilities include assisting with patient exams, performing routine clinical tasks, preparing and maintaining examination rooms, updating patient records, and ensuring the overall efficiency of our medical office. **MA: $60,000-$80,000 annually.** **A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience as a Medical Assistant, including proficiency in phlebotomy and routine clinical procedures.** **License and Certifications:** MA Candidates: CPT I certification required, CMA preferred **Duties:** + Deliver exceptional, patient-centered care by providing comprehensive and personalized support tailored to each individual's needs + Assist during exams and medical procedures, ensuring patients are fully prepared and managing patient flow to promote an efficient and positive experience. + Perform essential clinical tasks, including measuring vital signs, obtaining thorough patient histories, and collecting specimens for lab analysis, all while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. + Provide compassionate, empathetic care by addressing patient inquiries, educating patients about procedures, offering guidance on follow-up care, and ensuring a seamless, comfortable experience throughout their visit. + Efficiently manage patient scheduling and coordinate administrative tasks for gynecologists, facilitating smooth appointment bookings, effective patient communication, and optimized clinic operations. + Document all patient interactions, treatments, medications, and clinically relevant information accurately in the electronic medical record to ensure up-to-date, comprehensive patient care. **Benefits** : + A competitive starting salary commensurate with years & type of experience and skills. + 401(k) with a match (up to 3% of salary). + Robust health benefits. + 3 weeks of paid time off plus 10 paid holidays off & 1 floating holiday! **Pay Details:** $70,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable: + The California Fair Chance Act + Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance + Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers + San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance
