Job Summary (List Format):


- Serve as Payroll Specialist supporting daily payroll check processing operations.
- Print physical payroll checks daily using secure, company-approved systems.
- Prepare, package, and organize checks for scheduled mailing.
- Coordinate and arrange daily check drop-offs with UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
- Maintain accurate records of all outgoing payments and tracking information.
- Collaborate with internal payroll, HR, and finance teams to confirm check details and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure strict confidentiality and compliance when handling sensitive employee data.
- Reconcile check batches to prevent missing or duplicate payments.
- Address check-related inquiries from internal stakeholders in a timely, professional manner.
- Monitor and maintain necessary check printing and mailing supplies.
- Support audits and documentation requirements related to payroll distribution.
- Work independently, meet strict deadlines, and ensure high accuracy in all tasks.
- Maintain a secure home office setup to perform job duties effectively.
- Travel locally for daily mailing drop-offs as needed.
