Join our Sanofi Architecture CoE as Solution Architect and you can help make it happen. **Main responsibilities** + Lead and oversee the design and implementation of all solutions for clinical operations. Ensure alignment with architecture strategy and adhere to governance standards. + Collaborate with business stakeholders and clinical experts to understand requirements and challenges from a functional and technical perspective. + Streamline and simplify (whenever possible) existing architecture, delivering reusable services, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other domains to ensure complete and operable solutions that align with business processes. + Provide clear and detailed leadership for clinical development architecture within projects. + Evaluate product usefulness and cost in the supplier selection process. + Create and maintain current and target-state architecture roadmaps aligned with business needs. + Responsible for establishing the strategic direction, choosing technologies, and setting standards for the clinical development domain. **ABOUT YOU** **Experience** + Strong knowledge of IT technologies, data types, and ontologies, with extensive experience in designing, developing, and optimizing IT solutions + In-depth understanding of clinical operations processes and workflows, with enthusiasm for digitalization in the Clinical community. + Expertise in Solution Architecture, including compliance with GxP, HIPAA, and GDPR regulations. + Experience in translating functional requirements into technical designs, ensuring alignment with business goals. + Ideally experience with Sanofi's standard technologies, and ability to work collaboratively in a global/multi-cultural environment (Snowflake, GitHub, IICS, Python, Openshift, ReactJS, SQL, AWS, Azure). **Soft skills** + Business Acumen - Advanced + Problem Solving - Advanced + Decision Making - Intermediate + Critical Thinking - Advanced + Transversal collaboration - Intermediate + Communication & interpersonal skills - Advanced **Technical skills** + Application Design & Integration - Advanced + DevOps - Intermediate + Architecture - Advanced + Compliance of computerized systems - Advanced + Lean & Agile practices - Intermediate **Languages** + English is mandatory, French will be appreciated **Pursue progress, discover extraordinary.** Better is out there.
