  • Complete unit turnovers including repairs, painting, and cleaning to prepare apartments for new residents.
  • Maintain building exteriors and common areas, keeping the property clean, safe, and welcoming.
  • Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies.
  • Report potential safety hazards, code violations, and maintenance needs to the Maintenance Supervisor.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA standards, and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in property maintenance, facilities, or skilled trades is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
  • Comfortable using diagnostic tools and hand/power tools safely.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills and a resident-first mindset.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • HVAC certification (EPA) and/or pool certification (CPO) a plus.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, work in varying indoor/outdoor conditions, and respond to emergency calls as needed.

Compensation:
