Job Title: Data Center Networking Program Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Data Center Networking Program Manager to lead and oversee end-to-end program management for the establishment of new data centers from scratch. This role requires a deep understanding of networking architecture, Rackspace solutions, procurement strategies, and cross-functional coordination to ensure seamless execution of data center deployment projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-End Program Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of new data center builds, ensuring milestones are met within scope, time, and budget.
• Networking & Infrastructure: Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of networking architecture, ensuring high-performance connectivity and security.
• Rackspace Management: Manage Rackspace solutions, including provisioning, capacity planning, and optimization of physical and virtual infrastructure.
• Purchasing & Vendor Management: Handle procurement processes, negotiate vendor contracts, and coordinate hardware and software acquisitions aligned with operational needs.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with engineering teams, vendors, and senior leadership to drive strategic decision-making and successful project execution.
• Risk Management & Compliance: Identify potential risks, ensure adherence to industry standards, and implement best practices for scalability and reliability.
Qualifications & Skills :
• Proven experience in data center program management, leading greenfield deployments from concept to completion.
• Strong expertise in networking architecture and Rackspace environments.
• Extensive background in procurement, vendor negotiations, and asset management.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Ability to drive strategic initiatives and solve complex technical challenges.
Preferred Experience:
• Industry certifications in networking or project management (e.g., PMP, CCNP, AWS Certified Advanced Networking).
• Experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects in enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with cloud-based and hybrid networking solutions.
