Responsibilities: • Input client details in the CRM and effectively communicate all pertinent information between the agent and client • Support our agents in showing homes to qualified clients; including setting up showings, routes, showing materials and necessary supplies by providing clients with all relevant information • Follow up with clients after showings to get feedback, gauge interest, and answer any additional questions • Handle all communication with urgency and efficiency • Maintain a pleasant and professional demeanor; that will allow you to build solid relationships with the team and clients Qualifications: • Real Estate license (MO) • Real Estate experience (preferred) • MARIS/MLS/SUPRA experience • Detail-oriented and organized • Reliable Transportation • Knowledge of the local real estate market and current trends • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed • Social media experience About Company: Mark and Neil Gellman and their team have helped more than 5,400 families achieve their real estate goals with a 5-star Google and Zillow rating of over 1,500 reviews.
