• Coverage Period: ASAP – Ongoing
• Clinical Shift Schedule: Days, Full Time
• On-Call Shift Schedule: As assigned (including backup clinician role).

• Patient Demographics: Culturally diverse adult population.
• Phone Consults: Yes
• Case Mix: General internal medicine, routine and emergency treatment.

FACILITY INFORMATION:

• Office Equipment Available: Standard outpatient setup.
• Specialty Backup Available: Referral network.
• Support Staff Available: Multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Reason for Coverage: Permanent staffing need.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• Rate: $200,000-$230,000 annual salary.
• Comprehensive Benefits available.

REQUIRED PROCEDURES:

• General internal medicine evaluations and treatment.
• Chronic disease management and preventive care.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Licenses: Active Massachusetts medical license.
• Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.
• Experience: Residency completion in good standing.

Other Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and clinical skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Professionalism and confidentiality in patient care.
• Ability to travel between sites if needed.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide comprehensive and continuing care for adult patients.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records.
• Refer patients as necessary and participate in quality assurance.
• Mentor residents, medical students, and other healthcare learners.
• Represent the center in the community and with external authorities.
• Attend continuing education and training programs.
• Participate in system-wide quality improvement initiatives.
