Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency.
Process orders and coordinate follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.
Research and troubleshoot customer issues, offering timely and effective resolutions.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with internal departments to support customer needs.
Preferred Qualifications
Customer service experience is highly desirable.
Background in retail or healthcare is a strong plus.
