Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 / year

Job Summary:

The Associate Care Customer Service Manager will be the initial point of contact for our route drivers. This individual will be responsible for coordinating driver requests and communicating with staff members to implement solutions. This position will assist drivers with requests and tasks such as vehicle issues, truck inventories, and communication between staff members.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Greet each driver who stops by the desk and build positive relationships.
Verify drivers are completing and returning daily reports and recording vital information.
Update drivers with status updates regarding their service tickets for routes and their trucks.
Ensure drivers are completing inventories and returning totes and other items to their designated areas.
Inform drivers of new installations, removals, and other important information.
Verify trucks are clean and drivers are stocked with the required cleaning supplies.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills with both internal teams and external partners.
Competent in computer applications.
Capable of thriving in a team-focused setting.
Ability to address and solve problems.
Advanced organizational expertise.
