Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Federal Construction Project Manager / Estimator to join a construction company in Temecula, CA.

The Project Manager serves the on-site Services Manager responsible for supporting the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of a project, supervises and mentors the project staff to include multiple Superintendents, Foremen, and trade workers. Works in conjunction with the Quality Control staff to manage work volume. The ideal candidate must have been responsible for developing line-item pricing of Government projects nationwide with specialty knowledge of HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing disciplines. Experience with Job Order Contracts, Design-Build and SABER contracts would be desirable.

Qualifications
10+ years of construction experience
Strong computer skills especially Excel and Word. Experience with e4-Clicks estimating software would be a benefit.
Possess a firm understanding of general construction trades with emphasis on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Experience with Federal construction contracts.
Must be able to pass a drug screen and Federal background checks for access to military installations.
