Commercial Construction Estimator
Are you an experienced Estimator looking to join a respected General Contractor with a strong pipeline of commercial projects? This is your opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality, ground-up construction projects.

Estimator Qualifications:
✔ 5+ years of experience estimating ground-up commercial construction projects
✔ A degree is preferred but not required
✔ Ability to develop and manage estimates across multiple projects
✔ Experience tracking, pricing, and negotiating project cost changes
✔ Strong collaboration skills to work with clients and design teams
✔ Proven ability to oversee P&L and margin projections for assigned projects
